Washington D.C. – Continuing his whirlwind media tour, President Trump’s counsel Rudy Giuliani told ABC News Tuesday that the President “probably” has the power to pardon himself for any crime: “The constitution puts no limits on the President’s explicit power to pardon any person accused of a crime in the United States,” Giuliani Explained. “And trust me, this has nothing whatsoever to do with the President killing his wife.”

The Presidential consiglieri went on to explain that, if the President were to invoke his authority to pardon himself, it would definitely only be for obstructing justice, violating campaign finance laws, and selling influence to foreign governments: “I’m just saying, the fact that Melania’s dismembered body is hidden in a freezer in Michael Coen’s garage on Long Island is totally irrelevant to this entire legal discussion. Let’s stay focused on the issues.”

First Lady Melania Trump, who has not been seen in public since May 14th, was reportedly unavailable for comment. However, Mr. Giuliani assured reporters that there is absolutely no evidence of any collusion between President Trump and the Russian assassin who shot the First Lady in the head on Wednesday, May 16th, at around 11:45 am.
